Delivery
Chiropedic is proud to offer free express delivery for many of our mattresses and bedroom furniture items. This offer does not include our Value Select Range of mattresses.
We have the freedom to offer this service based on several requirements. Our free delivery service is to the front door of single-level dwellings in the Melbourne Metro area. For other delivery requirements, we offer a two-person standard delivery service for $69, and a premium delivery service for $99.

Warranty
When you purchase mattresses and bedroom furniture with Chiropedic, you are protected by up to 20 years of warranty. We will gladly repair or replace your mattress if there is fault with workmanship or materials. Check the product description or ask in-store for specific warranty limits.
To ensure the longevity of your mattress, you should always rotate it, and follow the care guidelines provided by Chiropedic.

Returns
We know that choosing the perfect mattress can take some time. A mattress is a lengthy investment in your health, and we want you to make sure you’ve got it right.
We offer a 7-day money back guarantee for mattress purchases. If you change your mind within the first week of using your mattress, we will refund the full purchase amount. All you need to do is ensure that it is kept in its original condition with no damage. After we inspect it, we will process your refund.
