Mattresses & Furniture: 7 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Chiropedic is pleased to offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Within 7 days from collecting or taking delivery of your goods if you change your mind we will refund the full purchase amount excluding any delivery/postage charges.

Any product/s being returned must be in their original condition and packaging with no damage, and must be returned to our factory and inspected prior to any refund being processed.  To arrange a product return please contact our office on 03 9318 1211 and speak to our Delivery Team.

In the event that you require us to pick up the goods from you, there will be a $129 pickup fee to cover relevant costs. This $129 fee is for Bulky goods and valid for Melbourne metro and Ballarat. 

Returns for Interstate and areas outside of Melbourne Metro and Ballarat will incur any relevant transport costs to pick up the goods and return them to our factory in Braybrook, Vic and may be more than the above $129 fee. Please contact our Customer Service Team to get a quote on any pickup costs.

 

Pillows – 7 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Pillows should be returned via post attention to Chiropedic Bedding Customer Service Team, 240 Ballarat Road Braybrook Vic 3019. Please ensure to include your name and phone number along with your invoice number within your parcel. Costs associated with the return of smaller items will be the responsibility of the customer returning the goods. Alternatively the goods can be returned to a Chiropedic Store in person free of charge.

 

Exclusions:

– Floor Stock and Clearance Items purchased in store & online

– Mattress and Pillow Protectors

– Sheets

– Finance Transactions

 

For security all refunds will be processed by our accounts team and refunds will not be processed on the spot in stores.
