We recommend you let your child use their new mattress for at least 14 days. That amount of time will let the mattress settle into its final state, and let your kid get used to its feel.

Our mattresses come with 30 Night and 150 night trials — so if your child still doesn’t like their mattress, that won’t be a problem at all. We’ll be happy to either refund you the full amount or replace your mattress with a new one from our range.

Here are 3 tips for properly maintaining your new children’s mattress:

1. Rotate the mattress regularly. Every 6 months, rotate your single-sided mattress by 180 degrees. If you have a double-sided mattress, it will need to be flipped over and then rotated 180 degrees. This evens out the pressure put on the mattress and extends its lifespan.
2. Use a waterproof mattress protector. This will protect the mattress from food and drink spills, as well as little nighttime accidents. 
3. Support the mattress with a suitable base. A solid base will not be too soft or hard, will provide even support, and will allow proper air circulation through the mattress.
