All that they ask if that you give your mattress a minimum of 14 nights before you make a judgement. It takes this long to get used to a new sleeping arrangement, and there will be a small period of adjustment as your body gets used to the extra support.

*At the time of writing this, the COVID-19 crisis means that they cannot offer a swap-over service for your mattress for the time being. You can still make a claim to return your mattress, but they will need to wait until it is safe to re-open the service.
